Key Energy Services, Inc. v. C.C. Forbes, LLC et al., No. 2:08-cv-346, filed September 11, 2008, in the United States District Court, Eastern District of Texas. (Patent Nos. 6,079,490 and 7,006,920, relating to mobile well-servicing rigs) Tim's client Petron was dismissed May 10, 2011, and the Court dismissed the case July 14, 2011.

Valvtechnologies, Inc. v. Robert B. North And Northmonte Limited, Inc., No. 4:10-cv-03943, filed October 20, 2010, in the United States District Court, Southern District of Texas. (Patent Nos. 6,117,493; 6,326,582; and 6,582,126, relating to bearing surfaces having overlays of a hybrid matrix of tungsten, carbon and steel). The Court granted a preliminary injunction to Tim's client on February 11, 2011, and the parties subsequently settled.
